As a lifelong resident of Garrett County and third-generation real estate professional at Railey Realty, I grew up along the shores of Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Resort, immersed in the vibrant lifestyle this area offers. After earning my bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University, I returned home, drawn by my passion for the community and the natural beauty of Deep Creek Lake. Now, as a wife and mother of two, my family and I embrace all that this area has to offer, from skiing and wake surfing to hiking and mountain biking. My husband and I are also proud to give back to the community by volunteering year-round for local youth sports alongside our children.

In addition to my work at Railey Realty, I’ve owned and operated Railey Design for over 15 years, specializing in creating beautiful, functional spaces. This blend of design expertise and real estate knowledge allows me to provide my clients with a truly unique perspective. My family’s legacy in the Deep Creek Lake area began in the 1920s, when my great-grandfather, C.M. Railey, helped prepare the lakebed during the creation of Deep Creek Lake. Later, my grandparents, Sis and Jim Railey, founded Railey Realty in 1974, building a company based on trust, service, and a deep love for the community. Today, I’m honored to continue that tradition, helping my clients discover the magic of Deep Creek Lake and find not just a house, but a home and a lifestyle to treasure.
